Important Notice

By signing and dating this document, you agree to abide by each of the following terms and conditions of this contract. Please read carefully before proceeding with your rental.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take care of the vehicle, including locking it when not in use and using all security features provided.
  • Drive safely and obey all traffic laws, regulations, and speed limits.
  • Assume full responsibility for any penalties, traffic violations, or parking fines incurred during the rental period.
  • Avoid any unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs to the vehicle.
  • Return the vehicle in the same condition as when rented, excluding normal wear and tear.

Rental Period

The agreed rental period must be strictly honored. The vehicle must be returned on the specified date and time at the designated location.

Extension Policy: Requests for rental extensions may be made but are subject to vehicle availability, approval by H For Hired Rentals, and additional charges at the current daily rate and additional charges may be applied.

Authorized Drivers

Only drivers explicitly authorized in this agreement may operate the rental vehicle.

Important:

Any unauthorized driver operating the vehicle will result in immediate termination of this agreement and forfeiture of the security deposit.

Additional Drivers: Additional drivers must be declared at the time of rental and will incur a fee of $5.00 USD per day per additional driver.

Fuel Policy

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank (full tank given - full tank returned).

Non-Compliance Fee:

Failure to return the vehicle with a full tank will result in a charge of $150.00 USD plus the cost of fuel required to fill the tank.

Damages & Insurance

The renter is fully responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle incurred during the rental period, regardless of fault.

Protection Packages:

Optional protection packages are available for purchase to reduce your financial responsibility in case of damage. Please inquire about available options at the time of rental.

Accident Procedure

In the event of an accident, regardless of severity, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Ensure the safety of all persons involved.
  2. Contact local authorities and obtain an official police report.
  3. Exchange information with all parties involved (names, addresses, phone numbers, insurance details).
  4. Take photographs of the accident scene, all vehicles involved, and any visible damages.
  5. Notify H For Hired Rentals immediately at (246) 851-6226.

Smoking Policy

For the comfort and safety of all our customers, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles.

Cleaning Fee:

Any violation of this policy will result in a $400.00 USD cleaning fee to restore the vehicle to a non-smoking condition.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and will be held for the duration of the rental period.

Deposit Amount:

Security deposits range from $250.00 USD to $1750.00 USD depending on the vehicle category and rental duration.

The deposit will be refunded within 3-7 business days after the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition with no additional charges.

Agreement Confirmation
